The estimated delivery time is between 10 to 25 business days. If there are customs delays and the package is held in Brazil, this period will not be counted as part of the delivery time.

We take care to select suppliers who, in addition to offering quality and fair prices, also prioritize fast shipping times.

Delays and Support

If the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend that you contact Correios (Brazilian Postal Service) to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the postal service is not in possession of your package, please contact us immediately so we can verify the issue with our suppliers.

If a logistics problem with your order is confirmed, we will issue a FULL refund for your purchase immediately after completing the verification steps.

Tracking Information

The tracking code for your order will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.

Bank Slip Payments

If your order was paid via Boleto Bancário, please note that the time between payment and bank confirmation may take up to 5 business days.
